From the end of 1960, the Porsche Diesel Super 319L was introduced. It took over the complete technology and equipment of its predecessor Super 318L, only the engine F319 was revised. The engine had a larger bore, more than 2.6 liters were now available. The power of 40 hp was retained, but was already at 2100 rpm. A second variant of the engine with the type designation F319a was also used. Here the 40 hp were already available at 2000 rpm. The buyers of the Porsche Super L 319 could choose from a rigid or an adjustable pendulum front axle. The adjustable range was 1380 mm, 1480 mm, 168 mm or 1780 mm. The rear axle was also adjustable from 1500 mm to 1975 mm.

The Porsche Super L 319 had a hydraulic power lift. Optionally it could be equipped with hood, heating, clock and passenger seat. Overdrive gear was also an option.

623 units were manufactured.
